Design 1 Salon Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Design 1 Salon Gift Cards can be used towards any service or product at any of our convenient locations. The Design 1 Salon Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced. Gift Cards expire 12 months after the date of purchase. After 12 months of non-use, a service fee of $2.00 per month will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. You must have the Gift Card present at time of payment of service or product.

Design 1 Salon Gift Package Terms and Conditions

Design 1 can accommodate the members of your staff for group packages, including lunch! A 48 hour cancellation notice is necessary for any of our packages. If a cancellation is less than 48 hours, we will deduct half the value of the scheduled services. If cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours in advance or if you fail to show for your appointment, we will deduct the entire value from your gift certificate or credit card. All packages are based on current prices. Periodic price increases may necessitate an additional charge for any packages at the time of service.

Services within a package may be substituted for other services or retail items with a price adjustment. Gift certificates are not refundable for cash or credit and must be presented at the time of service. Discount coupons may not be used for gift certificate purchase. Gift certificates must be used prior to the expiration date. All prices are subject to change without notice.
