Design 1 Points
Every time you visit Design 1, our goal is to provide
you with world class service, because you deserve it.
Now we want to reward you for your loyalty.
Each time you visit the Salon Spa, we will give you
Design 1 points. Over time they will add up, and you
can redeem them for FREE Gift Cards to use toward any
product or service you wish, whenever you are ready.
It's
our way of saying thank you because you're "the
one."
| What are Design 1 Points?
Design 1 offers Design 1 Points as a part of
our Client Rewards Program. This is a free program
and is presented as a courtesy to all our clients.
There is no obligation on your part.
How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you visit
Design 1, based on how much you spend (excludes
gift card purchases).
$1 spent = 1 point
$35 haircut = 35 points
We offer the following ways to accumulate more
points sooner:
- Earn 25 points when booking
your appointment online
- Earn 25 points when pre-booking
your next appointments at ring-up (in-salon)
- Earn 100 points when you
refer a new client (get an additional 100 points
if you take advantage of our "refer a friend"
cards)
- Earn 250 points if you are
a first time client when you pre-book at checkout
How do I get started?
You don't have to do a thing. All Design 1 clients
are automatically included in the program and
are already earning points. If you are a client,
you are already started! |
What do I get for my points?
Design 1 points can be redeemed for FREE Gift
Cards.
How do I redeem my points?
Simply contact the salon when you are ready to
redeem your Design 1 points. Call (616) 363-9019,
e-mail us at online@design1.com,
or stop in to any of our locations.
It's up to you when you redeem them. You can
do it as soon as you have 500 points, or you can
wait and accumulate more for a bigger Gift Card.
How many points do I have?
You can check how many points you have right
now! You will find your Design 1 Points tally
listed in the online booking system.
- If you already signed up for online booking,

- If you have not signed up for our free online
booking service, click

- Points have no cash value, but can be redeemed
for Gift Cards.
- Points can only be accumulated if we have
your name and information at time of checkout.
- Points are NOT transferable between clients.
- Points will be forfeited if there is no account
activity for 24 months.
- Point definitions can be changed without notice.
- Once you have points, the value of those points
will not change.
- Points may not be accumulated when using any Gift Cards/Certificates other then Design 1’s. (Ex: SpaFinder, SpaWish, etc.)
- Points are not accumulated on any discounted services.
